August 22nd was a hot Sunday afternoon, but over 60 people came out to The Park at Flat Rock to enjoy Stories from the MOB (Mother of the Bride) and support WNCSource. The production, written and directed by Doreen Blue and performed by a group of volunteers known as the Pass the Hat Players lasted about 90 minutes. The crowd really enjoyed the homegrown comedy / drama and walked away feeling completely entertained.
