Western Carolina Community Action, Inc. (WCCA) d/b/a WNCSource has developed its Streamlined Annual PHA Plan (HCV Only PHA’s) for the Housing Choice Voucher Program for fiscal year 2022 – 2023. It is available for review at WNC Source’s main office located at 220 King Creek Blvd., Hendersonville, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and on WNC Source’s website: www.wncsource.wpenginepowered.com. A public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 6:00 PM in conjunction with WNC Source’s regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting.
