You’ll oversee operations in WNCSource classrooms across 5 Henderson County Elementary Schools, stepping in at our standalone centers whenever needed.

🎓 Education & Qualifications
- Education: Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field from an accredited college recognized by NC DCDEE.
- Credential: NC Child Care Administrator Credential, Level III.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years administering/directing an NC-licensed 5-star child care facility/program.
- Bonus Points: Early Head Start, Head Start, or NC Pre-K experience is preferred!

- Lead Center Excellence: Implement program policies and keep operations running seamlessly across centers following NC Pre-K guidelines, Head Start Performance Standards, and NC DCDEE rules.
- Champion Quality & Safety: Supervise management functions to ensure top-notch care, safety, and full local/state/federal compliance.
- Bring Dynamic Leadership: Manage operations across 5 Henderson County Elementary School classrooms and step up at our standalone centers as needed.
- Support Early Learners: Create high-quality, safe, and nurturing environments where children can thrive.
