đ What Youâll Do
- Provide Quality Care: Step into classrooms and assist in delivering high-quality, nurturing care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers (ages 6 weeks to 5 years).
- Support Daily Classroom Life: Keep routines smooth, safe, and engaging when regular teaching staff are out.
- Inspire Young Minds: Help children learn, play, and explore through age-appropriate activities.
- Build Community Connections: Join a supportive team dedicated to empowering children and families in Rutherford County.
đ Education & Qualifications
We reward your background and education! Starting hourly rates are based on your credentials:
- High School Diploma / GED: $15.21 / hour
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential: $16.37 / hour
- Associateâs Degree (ECE or related field): $16.90 / hour
- Bachelorâs Degree or Higher (ECE or related field): $19.01 / hour
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in child developmentâwhether through working with your own children, leading a group of children, or through official child development training.
- Passion: A positive attitude and a passion for working with young children!
