Come join us on Friday, May 10th, 2024 as WNCSource participates in the United Way of Henderson County’s Day of Caring. It’s a day of service throughout Henderson County when hundreds of caring and supportive people will come to volunteer at their favorite nonprofit.
WNCSource has 2 projects that need your help:
- Tebeau Children’s Center: Gardening – Help plant trees and foliage and complete some general gardening chores around our center and Outdoor Learning Environment at the Tebeau Children’s Center (911 Tebeau Dr., Hendersonville, NC)
- WNCSource: Children’s Services Car Wash – Volunteers needed to vacuum, wash windows, and clean interior of several vehicles used by our Children’s Services Team. (Mountain Express Car Wash on 821 Shepherd St.)
The Days of Caring continues on Saturday with the National Association of Letter Carriers’ Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive.
